As a part of its commitment offering affordable psychotherapeutic care to all, The Focus Clinic has created a new range of MP3 audio files for download from this website. The difference between the Focus Care Plan and the Focus MP3 Downloads is that the latter does not benefit from a FREE ongoing email support.

We at The Focus Clinic have found that hypnosis is a very powerful technique in the treatment of a number of physical, psychological and emotional conditions. We are delighted to now be able to offer audio files for download by patients unable to consult in person.

Unlike most hypnotic MP3 files available on the market, the Focus MP3 files have the particularity of being entirely customised, which makes the suggestions delivered by the hypnotherapist even more powerful. Everybody is unique and our aim is to help you reach your goal the best we can. 

In order to gain the maximum benefit from The Focus Clinic MP3 audio files, it is important that the listener ensures that he/she is in a peaceful, warm and comfortable environment, free from noise, and any distractions. For obvious reasons, these audio files should not be used in circumstances requiring the attention of the listener to his/her outside environment, whilst driving for instance.

All of our audio files are available in both the English and French languages.
