Natural Face Lift Massage
Natural Face Lift Massage is an exclusive facial massage that incorporates a unique blend of highly effective techniques drawn from both Japanese Face Massage and Indian Head Massage, with complementary techniques of acupressure and reflexology for the face. This massage therapy is also known as Facial Rejuvenation or the Natural FaceLift and becomes increasingly popular in the UK and in Europe.
This very effective technique helps to slow down the aging process by keeping face muscles mobile, reducing wrinkles in a natural way. The use of Eastern Facial Massage involves meridians, acupressure points and lymphatic drainage which, when applied to the facial muscles, give a lift and release deep tensions. This in turn frees layers of muscle and connective tissue and allows space for the muscles to relax and release harmful toxins. It is a non-surgical treatment that slows down the aging process and is incredibly relaxing.
There are six stages in the Natural Lift Facial Massage:
Stage One: 'Tuning In' and making contact
Stage Two: Neck & Shoulder massage
Stage Three: Whole body and energy balance (acupressure and reflexology for the face)
Stage Four: Facial Massage (Lifting and smoothing)
Stage Five: Lymphatic drainage
Stage Six: 'Grounding'
